FAQ – Magazine Carrier – Orientation – Rounds Left Rounds Right?
Q - FAQ – Magazine Carrier – Orientation – Rounds Left Rounds Right?
A – When configuring your new magazine carrier for fabrication, you can choose your magazine orientation. The options are ROUNDS LEFT, or ROUNDS RIGHT. This indicates the side of the magazine carrier that the rounds are pointing towards or facing.
Options
ROUNDS LEFT - As you look at the front of the carrier, as if holding in front of you with both hands, the rounds would be “facing” or “pointing” to the LEFT (towards left hand).
ROUNDS RIGHT - As you look at the front of the carrier, as if holding in front of you with both hands, the rounds would be “facing” or “pointing” to the RIGHT (towards right hand).
Use Cases
Right Hander Shooter
Right Handed Shooter – Magazine Carrier On Left Hip – Rounds Pointing Forward = ROUNDS LEFT
Right Handed Shooter – Magazine Carrier On Left Hip – Rounds Pointing Rearward = ROUNDS RIGHT
Left Handed Shooter
Left Handed Shooter – Magazine Carrier On Right Hip – Rounds Pointing Forward = ROUNDS RIGHT
Left Handed Shooter – Magazine Carrier On Right Hip – Rounds Pointing Rearward = ROUNDS LEFT
Examples

Customers prefer different grips when indexing their magazines for reload, or were trained in different techniques. This allows you to customize your new magazine carrier to ensure it fits need and preference 100%.
*What do most customers choose? - Most customers wearing the carrier on left hip, choose ROUNDS LEFT, so that rounds are facing forward. The same holds true for most customers wearing the magazine carrier on their right hip. They choose ROUNDS RIGHT, so that the magazines, and rounds are once again facing forward. This “carry style”, or “training style” is more “modern”, and currently, the more popular option due to current training techniques according to customer feedback received.
